It’s gotten cold. We’ve had some snow. The garden’s pretty much gone to bed. Only a little- that should’ve been done by the season’s end – is left to do.
Cold-stratify next spring’s seeds. Protect young plants from cold winter and hungry wildlife. Tidy everything back into place. The herbs are dried and waiting to be used. Delicious teas to brew.
